How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your purchase securely. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through Shopify Payments.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes—orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing them, or before the order status changes to "Processing" (whichever comes first). After that, the order enters our fulfillment pipeline and cannot be changed.

Contact us immediately at support@lighthomebox.com with your order number if you need to make changes.

How long does shipping take?

We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 2–8 business days
  • Total Delivery: 3–11 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping times for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your LightHomeBox account and view your order status at any time.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Items must be in resellable condition with all original tags and accessories included.

Custom, personalized, or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a free replacement or full refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or refund your return shipping costs upon receipt of proof.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Once processed, the refund will appear in your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take packaging seriously to ensure your items arrive intact. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Delays can happen due to weather, high demand, carrier issues, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
