1. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We currently ship exclusively to the United States. (Note: We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or certain remote territories at this time.)

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
The total time to receive your order is calculated as: Processing Time + Transit Time.
- Processing Time (Handling): 1 – 3 Business Days.
- This is the time we need to verify, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT-07:00) will be processed starting the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.
- Please note: We ship packages from our global fulfillment centers (including China) to ensure the best inventory availability.
- Transit Time (Shipping): 2 – 8 Business Days.
- This is the carrier’s estimated time to deliver the package to your address after it has left our facility.
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system.
- You can track your order directly via the “Track Your Order” link in our website footer or by visiting the carrier’s website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Important:
Filluphouse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, the original shipping cost and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.
- Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lighthomebox.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors. If still missing, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. AC Decors is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
6. Correct Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We generally cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed or shipped.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
